Joe Berg Graduation Registration Form

Seniors- Please use the form below to ensure that we have the proper spelling of your preferred name for the Graduation programs and certificates. Also, please provide us with your current mailing address and contact information, in order to receive your Graduation Invitation and instructions in time for the event.

Graduation will be held at the UNF Robinson Theater on Thursday, November 30th. Please arrive early, as the program starts promptly at 7:00.
